postnote: Evidently, the president called Dallas Cowboy owner, Jerry Jones, multiple times before the Cowboys played the Arizona Cardinals last Monday to (I paraphrase) talk about the anthem protests. That said, the Cowboys knelt together, with arms locked, before the anthem, then stood as an entire team during the anthem. To which Trump later tweeted, "Spoke to Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys yesterday. Jerry is a winner who knows how to get things done. Players will stand for Country!"
Interestingly, the Rapper 50 cent claimed yesterday that the Trump campaign offerred him $500,000 to make an appearance in support of Trump during the campaign - which 50 cent supposedly turned down, claiming, that's not good money.
Going forward, it will be interesting to note who can and who will be bought.

Allan Jones, CEO of Check into Cash and suit maker Hardwick Clothes (he pulled his ads scheduled for NFL broadcasts because he thinks the protests are "unpatriotic"?????) I question whether he understands the basic premise/ideology of our country...yet I am quite sure he knows Trump's back pocket very well...ü
